It's North Korea's regime that the Cuban military -- the overwhelmingbeneficiary of Obama's new policy -- helped smuggle over 240 tons of weapons in mid-2013.
That weapons cache "constituted the largest amount of arms and related materiel interdicted to or from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea since the adoption of U.N. Security Council resolution 1718 (2006)."
Yet, the Obama Administration allowed the Cuban military to get away scot-free. Even worse, it is now rewarding it with billions of dollars.
